Guidlines for Authors

Publication Fee: The Journal does not charge any article submission and publication fee. 

Language: Manuscript should be written in English. Text should be either American or British English. Mixture of these languages will not be accepted.

 

Submission: The manuscript should be written in 11 font size and Times New Roman font style throughout the text with 1.5 spacing.  All the correspondence related to manuscript acceptance, rejection, under review, request for revision, is communicated by e-mail to the corresponding author. Manuscript according to the author’s instructions should be emailed to dean.spes@baddiuniv.ac.in in a single MS Word (.doc or .docx) file including figures, tables within the main text. Figures and illustrations should be submitted in JPEG or TIFF format separately as well. Text of manuscript should be in following order:

 

Title Page: Title of the manuscript should be informative and provide purpose and finding of the work. Abbreviations should be avoided in the title.

 

Authors’ Names: Authors first and last name with their affiliations at the time of work completion should be written below the title. Corresponding author’s name should be marked with an asterisk (*).

 

Abstract: Abstract should not be more than 200 words. It should include summarized introduction with most important results and conclusion.

 

Keywords: Five to six keywords relevant to the manuscript text should be incorporated

 

Introduction: Provide the objectives of the manuscript and mention suitable background and need of the proposed research work in comparison to the literature available.

 

Materials and Methods: Sufficient detail of the experimental condition and material should be provided. Already published methods should be indicated by a reference and only relevant modifications should be mentioned. Standard abbreviations should be used. Some commonly used abbrevations are ºC, min, hr, ml, μl, gm, mg, μg, cm, mm, nm, mol, mmol, μmol, ppm, TLC, GC, NMR, UV, and IR.

 

Results: Results should be clear and concise. Results should be described in the form of tables, figures and illustration. Content of the text should not be repeated if given in tables or figures.

 

Discussions: This section should include the detailed interpretation of the results and significance of the obtained results with published literature.

 

Conclusion: The main conclusion of the work done should be mentioned in this section. It should also give emphasis on the future trends related to the work.

 

Acknowledgment: State the name of those individuals or organization who provided help during the research (e.g., funding agencies, financial support, sponsors, providing language help, writing assistance or proof reading the article, etc.).

 

References: Literature references should be given in the form of number in a square bracket (e.g. [1], [2] or [1-5]) in one consecutive series by order of mention in the text. List all the authors and do not use et al. References should be in following format:

 

  1. Author Last Name, Initial of Author First Name; Second Author Last Name, Initial of Second Author First Name; Title of Article, Journal Name, Year, Volume, Issue Number, Page Numbers. (For Journals)

  2. Author Last Name, Initial of Author First Name; Second Author Last Name, Initial of Second Author First Name; Title of Book Chapter, Title of Book, Edition Number, Publisher Name, City, Country, Year, Page Numbers. (For Books or Book Chapters)

  3. Author Last Name, Initial of Author First Name; Second Author Last Name, Initial of Second Author First Name, Title of the Report, Publisher Name, City, Year (Periodicals/Monographs).

  4. As a minimum, the full URL should be given and the date when the reference was last accessed. Any further information, if known (DOI, author names, dates, reference to a source publication, etc.), should also be given (Web References).

 

Tables with Legends: Tables should be incorporated with legends on the top of the table. Required captions or footnotes related to tables should be written beneath the table. Tables should be given in the following format:

Figure Legends: Figure legends should be written in similar format to the tables. If figure has more sections, it should be represented by a, b, c, etc. format. Explanations pertaining to figures should be given in the footnotes form below the figure legend.

 

Figures:Figures and illustrations should be submitted in JPEG or TIFF format. Each figure should be submitted separately in mentioned format with high resolutions.Black& White figures will be encouraged. Chemical structures should be drawn using software such as ChemDraw.

 

Cover Letter: Authors are required to submit the cover letter at the time of manuscript submission which should include the type of manuscript, corresponding author’s name, email address, telephone and fax numbers. Please clarify in the cover letter if any other matter pertaining to the manuscript is required. Please provide the names of two national & international expert in the relevant research.

 

Ethical Considerations:Research studies involving animals or human volunteers must include details of ethical approval. These should include: (i) Name of the Institutional Review Board or Ethics Committee that approved the study andall protocols; (ii)Date of the approval and(iii) Number of the certification or document which verified approval of the study.

 

Conflict of Interest Disclosure:A statement describing any financial conflicts of interest or lack thereof is published with each manuscript. At the time of submission, the corresponding author must provide this statement on behalf of all authors of the manuscript.

 

Copyright:Authors will be asked to submit a properly completed and signed “Journal Publishing Agreement” after the acceptance of the article (Form attached).
